Companion Care for Elderly in San Antonio, TX

Everyday assistance and real companionship.

Senior Support Concierge provides companion care for elderly clients across San Antonio, Texas. We are not a nursing agency. We are not a gig delivery app. We are a consistent, relationship-based service that helps seniors with the everyday tasks that make independent living possible, and we show up as the same familiar person every time.

Every visit is a companion visit. The service is what we accomplish while we are there.

Prescription Pickup Service for Seniors

Missed prescriptions are one of the most common and preventable problems for seniors living independently. We pick up prescriptions from the pharmacy so your parent never misses a dose, never runs out unexpectedly, and never has to make a trip they are not comfortable making on their own.

Who this is for: seniors managing one or more regular prescriptions, and families who want consistency without scheduling around their own availability.

Errand Running for Seniors in San Antonio

Everyday errands do not stop. The post office still needs a visit. The bank, the dry cleaner, the hardware store are still part of life, and they can become difficult without a reliable way to get there.
We handle the errands. Your parent does not lose hours of their day or the independence that comes with getting things done.
Who this is for: seniors who have reduced driving or no longer drive, and families who cannot coordinate errand schedules consistently.

Grocery Shopping

Eating well is one of the most direct factors in how a senior feels day to day. An empty fridge, the same few easy items, or skipped meals because the store felt like too much are patterns that start quietly and build over time.

We shop to their list, their preferences, and their budget. We bring the groceries back and put them away.

Who this is for: seniors who find grocery trips tiring, and families concerned about nutrition and meal planning.

Senior Transportation San Antonio TX

Losing the ability to drive is one of the most significant losses of independence a senior can experience. Every appointment, every visit with family, every outing becomes dependent on whether someone else is available and willing.
We drive to appointments, visits, errands, and outings, and accompany when that helps. Your parent gets where they need to go on their own schedule.
Who this is for: seniors who no longer drive or prefer not to, and families who cannot always provide transportation.

Companionship and Social Visits

Isolation in older adults has real consequences. It is linked to faster cognitive decline, lower motivation, and a significant drop in daily quality of life. Regular visits, real conversations, and a familiar face are not extras. They are part of what makes everything else work.

Their Wednesday breakfast at Golden Corral has become something our dad genuinely looks forward to every week. James takes the time to sit with him, enjoy a meal, and have meaningful conversations.

That is what companion visits are. Not a task. A relationship.

Who this is for: seniors who live alone or have limited social contact, and families who want someone consistent and caring in their parent’s week.

Everyday Non-Medical Assistance

Different seniors need different things. Some need help with trash and light tidying. Some need tech help, setting up a tablet, reconnecting to Wi-Fi, figuring out a new phone. Some need mail sorted, reminders set, or help with light organization.
We adapt to what each client actually needs. This is not a fixed package. It is practical help, built around the senior’s real daily life.
Who this is for: seniors whose daily tasks have gotten harder to keep up with, and families who want flexible support rather than a generic service menu.
