What you would be doing
Our team members help seniors with the everyday tasks that make staying at home possible: prescription pickups, grocery shopping, errand running, transportation to appointments, light tidying, and companionship visits. You are not a nurse. You are not a task-delivery app. You are someone who shows up consistently, learns the client’s preferences, and becomes a familiar and trusted presence in their week.
The work varies by client. Some visits are mostly errand-based. Some are mostly companionship. Most are a mix of both.
This is consistent, relationship-based work. The same team member visits the same clients each time.

No medical background needed these six things matter more
You show up when you say you will, every time.
This is not a role you get through if you are indifferent to the people you are helping.
Gary Sexton, one of our first clients, said about James: “James is great at listening and asking questions.” That is the standard.
Able to handle multiple tasks in a single visit without losing track of priorities.
You manage your own schedule with minimal supervision.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for most roles.
